Returns/Exchanges




If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Baby Besos will strive to make it easy you to return the unused item. If there is a problem with the product, you can email shipping@babybesos.com or call us at 210.255.1097.

Baby Besos will accept the return of any item in its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed, etc.) within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund. If the product is returned after 30 days but within 90 days from the shipment date, a store credit or exchange will be offered. After 90 days all sales are final.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your original payment. Non-refundable items include customized or personalized items and fabrics, sale and promotional items, and shipping charges.

Baby Besos encourage you to send all returns via FedEx or UPS. We will not be responsible for items that are lost or shipped to the wrong address.
