You may check your order status by using the confirmation/tracking number received at the time your order was processed online. Baby Besos customer service hours are Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm CST and closed Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.

Baby Besos will not be responsible for missing or stolen packages.
